摘    要:介绍了我国红土镍矿火法冶炼的几种工艺:小高炉法、鼓风炉法、回转窑-电炉法,通过对技术成熟度、环保、节能、综合利用、产品质量等方面的分析,指出了各种工艺流程的优缺点和适用范围,提出了未来红土镍矿开发火法工艺的发展方向和重点。

Progress of Pyrometallurgical Smelting Technologies for Laterite Nickel Ore in China

Abstract:The paper has reviewed several pyrometallurgical smelting technologies for laterite nickel ore in China: shaft furnace method, blast furnace method, and RKEF method, and then analyzed these technologies in terms of reliability, environmental protection, energy conservation, comprehensive utilization, production quality, etc. Hereby, the paper has pointed out advantages and disadvantages of every technological process and their application range and thus put forward the development direction and main points of pyrometallurgical smelting technologies for laterite nickel ore in the future.
