摘    要:通过X射线衍射、偏反光显微镜和扫描电镜等技术手段,对甘肃某复杂难处理金矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,从定性-半定量-精确定量不同层次确定了矿石成分、矿物组成、主要矿物形态和分布,以及金在不同矿物中的嵌布状态。同时,根据矿石工艺矿物学研究结果,分析了影响该矿石中金回收的矿物学因素,并确定了阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程。

Abstract:In this paper,the process mineralogy of a complex refractory gold ore from Gansu is studied by means of XRD,polarizing/reflection microscope and SEM.The mineral composition,composition of ore-forming elements,mineral morphology and distribution,and the occurrence of gold in different minerals were determined at different levels of qualification,semi-quantification,and precise quantification.At the same time,according to the process mineralogy results,the paper analyzed the mineralogical factors influencing gold recoveries in the ore,and designed the flow sheet of staged grinding and staged separation process.
