岩金矿山充填系统设计初探

摘    要:岩金矿山地下开采,由于矿石价值较高而提倡应用充填采矿法。目前,其应用比重已超过40%,在干与湿两种充填工艺中,使用后者居多,且大多采用选矿厂分级尾砂作骨料,与水泥或其它胶结剂混合后,通过管道自流输送到采空区。文中在分析岩金矿山地下开采充填工艺现状的基础上。提出了岩金矿山地下开采常用的充填系统设计方案,并介绍与此有关的科技成果及技术问题。供同行研讨。

Abstract:Filling mining process is preferable in mining lode gold ore duo to the higher value of the ore. At present, more than 40 % of lode gold mines have accepted the process. Wet filling process is more widely used than dry filling process. If wet filling is accepted, the graded tailing sand produced in dressing plants is used as the aggregate and the sand-cement mixture or sand-other cementing agent mixture flow into the mined-out area through the pipes. Upon analyzing the present state of filling process in lode gold mines, the paper proposes a standard filling system design commonly used in lode gold mines, and presents corresponding research achievements and relative technical issues which need further discussion.
