CaO—Fe2O3—CaF2铁水预处理脱磷熔剂的研究

摘    要:在实验室小型实验炉内进行了铁水预处理脱磷的实验研究,渣的主要组元为CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2,研究了铁液中原始硅含量对脱磷率的影响。同时实验研究添加Na2CO3、BaO和助熔剂CaCl2对脱磷率的影响。

Abstract:The experimental study on dephosphorization for hot metal treatment was performed via a small furnace in the laboratory. The basic elemeats are CaO, Fe 2O 3 and CaF 2. The influence of original silicon content in molten steel on dephosphorization rate has been studied. Meanwhile the experimental study on the influence of adding Na 2CO 3, BaO and CaCl 2 on dephosphorizatoin rate has been carried out.
