摘    要:镁合金直接化学镀工艺中温度是影响镀速和镀层质量的最重要因素之一.镀速与温度的变化有一定的关系,温度是影响沉积速度的一个重要因素,但温度对其具体影响我们还没有足够的认识,缺乏基本数据.文章系统地研究了不同镀液温度下产生镀层的速度,并利用扫描电镜观察镀层的表面形貌;能谱分析仪检测镀层表面的Ni-P含量,并探索最佳镀液温度.
