摘    要:简要阐述了连续轧制的基本概念和连轧孔型设计应遵守连轧各道次的金属秒流量相等的原则,介绍了六轧厂年产50万吨小型棒材的生产线的轧制工艺流程,轧机组成、轧机结构型式及布置形式、孔型系统的选用等情况,并从孔形系统的特点、延伸系数的分配、连轧宽展的计算、轧件面积的计算等方面对孔型系统的设计进行分析,总结了连轧孔型设计的特点。

Abstract:This article briefly describas the basic idea of continuous rolling technology and its design rule to be conformed in keeping the metal flow per second equally transitting through each of all passes. A new 500000 t/y light section red continuous rolling line at No. 6 Rclling works in GISG is equipped with 20 stands, among which are 8 rough two-high stand, no-housing singte section groove with short-stres pass, 6 intermediate two-high stands. no-housing multi section groove and 6 finishing cantilever block. All of these are altemative:y arranged in hobotal and verticle configuration. The passes in designing are selected as a pattern of box-oval-round grcoves. Based on the analysis of peialities of groove section, distribution of extension coefficient, calculation of breadth spreading and area diminishing, a full summarization on the passes in designing has been made which can give appropriate reference for pe design in same type continuous rolling mill.
