| 摘 要： | 介绍了宝钢股份精密钢管厂研制的高强度汽车传动轴用冷拔精密焊管新产品,阐述产品关键技术焊管质量控制、焊管热处理工艺研究、冷拔最终变形与最终热处理工艺等试验研究情况,经过采取精密焊管加冷拔结合的方式,并实施相关的研究措施。结果表明,精密钢管厂研制高强度汽车传动轴用冷拔精密焊管制定的相关技术应用于钢管生产,钢管各项技术指标符合用户要求,高强度汽车传动轴管适合于制造载重车传动轴。
