高炉铜冷却壁热面状况智能监测研究

摘    要:针对南钢二号高炉的实际情况,对炉腰及炉腹新型铜冷却壁进行了传热分析和智能监测。借助冷却壁筋肋和本体的测点温度,并将人工神经网络技术引入高炉冷却壁数值仿真,采用冷却壁传热分析与人工神经网络结合的方式,使得仿真软件在对错综复杂的实际对象特性进行认知和模拟时具备一定的智能,实现了对冷却壁热面最高温度以及冷却壁热面炉渣厚度的预测,从而使高炉操作者对炉形状况及趋势一目了然。
