摘    要: 以宝钢集团特殊钢分公司高合金钢连轧生产线为背景,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0/LS DYNA,采用3D弹塑性有限元进行了GH4169合金8道次圆钢热连轧的热力耦合分析。对热连轧过程轧件中间断面特征点的温度、等效应变、等效应变速率进行模拟分析,表面模拟温度与实测温度取得较好吻合。

Abstract:Based on high alloy steel continuous rolling production at Special Steel Branch Co. of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. in Shanghai, a model for coupled thermo mechanical analysis for eight pass hot continuous rolling of GH4169 round was built using 3D elastic plastic FEM with ANSYS10.0/LS DYNA, a non linear finite element analysis software. The temperature, effective strain and effective strain rate at characteristic points in the cross section of workpiece were simulated, and the simulated surface temperature was in good agreement with measured one.
