| 摘 要： | 结合重钢七厂近3年来降低板坯内部裂纹制判率攻关实践，就连铸板坯内部裂纹的殂成原因和影响因素逐一进步了探讨，系统回顾了攻关期间所做的工作，指出了管理在攻关活动中至关重要的作用。
