摘    要:介绍了达涅利康力斯的转炉副枪系统、静态和动态控制模型.使用副枪系统可以缩短冶炼周期,降低铁水、废钢、氧气的消耗量.静态和动态控制模型可提高冶炼效率,改善吹炼终点温度和碳含量命中精度,降低渣中铁含量.

Abstract:The sublance system, static and dynamic model of converter steelmaking of in Danieli Corus are introduced. The tap-to-tap time, hot metal consumption, scrap consumption and oxygen consumption can be reduced by using sublance system. Improvement of process efficiency, higher accuracy of end-point temperature and carbon content, Fe content decrease in slag can be achieved by the application of static and dynamic model.
