稀土、钛和铌对冷轧超低碳搪瓷钢性能的影响

摘    要:用相同的工艺条件加工不同稀土、钛和铌含量的冷轧搪瓷钢板。测定了钢板的力学性能,分析了钢中的第二相粒子,用电化学方法测定钢板的氢渗透性以及预拉伸变形的影响。结果表明,复合添加RE、Ti和Nb元素的钢板既具有较高的伸长率和γ值,又具有良好的贮氢能力。随着预拉伸变形量的增加,钢板的贮氢能力显著提高。

Abstract:The cold rolled steel sheets for enameling, containing different content of rare earth, titanium and niobium, were manufactured in laboratory by same process The mechanical properties of sheets were measured and the second phase particles were analyzed By electrochemical method, the hydrogen permeability of the annealed sheets and the sheets cold rolled with different pre elongation rate was tested The results show that the steel added with rare earth, titanium and niobium simultaneously presents both excellent formability and excellent hydrogen permeability The hydrogen permeation time of the steel increases with the increase of pre elongation rate
