| 摘 要： | 湖南冷水江钢铁厂于１９８７年，１９８９年相继建成５座安我火孔环形燃烧器的第二代顶燃式热风炉。投产至仍正常生产，第二代顶燃式热风炉克服了第一代存在的燃烧口附近炉壳发红，炉顶高温国区开大孔或多开孔，火焰长，燃烧不完全，烧坏格子砖及蓄热室气流分布不均匀等缺限，提高了热风炉的风温，热效率及寿命。

| Abstract: | Five 2nd generation top firing hot blast stoves equipped with a multi holed circular ceramic burner were put into operation successively at Lengshuijiang Iron and Steel Complex,Hunan Province in 1987,1989 Until now,they have been operated successfully The 2nd generation top firing hot blast stoves has no shortcomings of 1st generation top firing hot blast stoves,such as over heating of the stove shell near burner nozzles,lager or more openings at the high temperature region of the stove,long flame as well as the non uniform distribution of heating gases in the checkwork,etc ,but also have increased blast temperature,heat efficiency and service life |
