高纯硫酸锰降氟研究

摘    要:为解决高纯硫酸锰产品含氟量高的问题,生产无氟产品,本实验用降氟剂A和降氟剂B进行试验,比较两者的降氟效果,选择在经济和降氟效果上更优的降氟剂。降氟剂A的单位吸附量约为159.977mg/g,降氟剂B的单位吸附量为64.144mg/g;降氟剂A的再生除氟效果为73.013%,降氟剂B的再生除氟效果为96.5%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high fluorine content in high-purity manganese sulfate products,and to produce non-fluoride products,in this experiment,fluorine-reducing agent A and fluorine-reducing agent B were used,and compares the effect of reducing fluorine in both,and chooses the one that better in the economy and reducing fluorine effect.The unit adsorption capacity of the defluoridation agent A is about 159.977 mg/g,the unit adsorption amount is 64.144 mg/g.The effect of regeneration and defluorination of defluoridator A is 73.013%,and that of defluoridator B is 96.5%.
