摘    要:介绍在当下日益加强的环保形势下,NO_x对环境的影响越来越受国家重视,铜精炼炉在全面应用氧气燃烧技术,在节能和烟气排放量上出色的性能,给企业带来了效益。但由于炉体并非完全密闭,且氧气燃烧的超高温特点,提供了热力型NO_x的生成条件。本文讨论并小范围试验,通过调整氧气燃烧控制,抑制NO_x生成。

Abstract:In the current situation of increasing environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the impact of NOx on the environment by the state.Copper refining furnace in the comprehensive application of oxygen combustion technology,excellent performance in energy saving and flue gas emissions,has brought benefits to the enterprise.However,the furnace body is not completely closed,and the ultra-high temperature characteristics of oxygen combustion provide the formation conditions of thermal NOx.This paper discusses and tests in a small range to control NOx generation by adjusting oxygen combustion control.
