高炉煤气放散塔火炬系统的改造实践

摘    要:应用某项专利技术,利用高炉煤气代替常用的焦炉煤气作为放散塔的点火伴烧气源,对高炉煤气放散塔的火炬系统进行了改造。改造后的运行情况表明,高炉煤气放散塔能够实现可靠的点火放散,既减轻了对大气的污染,又节约了点火伴烧用的燃料气源。

Abstract:A patent technology was used to reconstruct the torch system for the bleeding tower of blast furnace gas.Commonly used coke oven gas was replaced by blast furnace gas that served as ignition air source.The practice showed that the bleeding tower of blast furnace gas could realize reliable ignition bleeding,which reduced atmospheric pollution and saved ignition fuel.
