摘    要:分析萍钢安钢分公司高炉炼铁降低入炉品位对生铁产量、燃料消耗、炉况的影响以及不同含铁料配比下入炉品位、生铁成本、铁水含磷的变化,结合炼钢脱磷成本探讨了最优入炉品位,以实现满足铁前、钢后工序要求并达到尽可能降低钢材生产成本的目的。

Abstract:The effects are analyzed for low charge ore grade on the pig iron production, fuel consumption, furnace condition in PXsteel Anyuan branch. And the change of charge ore grade, the cost of pig iron and phosphorus content of molten iron are analyzed under different burden constituent. And the optimal charge ore grade is discussed combining with dephosphorization costs to meet the rarget for minimizing the cost of steel production both for ironmaking and steelmaking processes.
