开关型本质安全电源技术的设计与研究

摘    要:介绍了开关型本质安全电源的特殊性;通过深入研究和分析该类电源的实际使用情况,总结了设计中要注意的几个要点,其中包括:器件选择、电气隔离、输入特性设计、输出特性设计和外围保护电路电路,分析了这些要点对该开关型本质安全电源的重要性;进行了设计举例,制作了样机,对输出电压建立和输出纹波进行了测试,给出了实际测试结果;着重分析了开关型本质安全电源实现短路保护功能的机理,给出了实验结果,验证了设计可行性。

Abstract:On the base of the practical using condition,the special characteristics of the essential safety power supply with the switch mode are brought in.Throughout the deeply research and analyses of the practical using condition,several of needed careful factors in the design course are summarized,which include the selection of component,the electrics isolation,the design of input characteristics,the design of output characteristics and the outside protection circuit.The reason are analyzed which is why those factors are so important for this kind of the essential safety power supply with the switch mode.In the paper,an example is made,ripple and noise of output is detected,and the voltage building of output is detected too.Then the results of detection are published.As the importance of output characteristics,the theory of short circuit protection are analyzed deeply.The interpretation are made to result of detection.The feasibility is validated.
