活性石灰回转窑关键参数研究及智能设计系统开发

摘    要:通过回转窑内热工制度、燃料特性分析及石灰石在回转窑内停留时间的试验研究,分析了燃料、原料因素对活性石灰回转窑关键设计参数影响;利用程序设计语言Visual C++开发了活性石灰回转窑参数化智能设计系统,为合理高效地完成活性石灰回转窑关键参数的设计和校核奠定基础。

Abstract:Though the analysis on pyrology of kiln and characteristics of fuels as well as the experimental study on residence duration of limestone in the rotary kiln,the paper analyzed the influence of fuels and material on key design parameters of the active lime rotary kiln.It also used Visual C++ to develop an intelligent parameterization design system for the active lime rotary kiln,which offered foundations for the efficient and excellent design and checking of key parameters of the active lime rotary kiln.
