| 摘 要： | 本课题研制的轧臼壁是选矿厂碎矿车间碎矿系统’圆锥破碎机重要的备件之一。在实际工况条件下，该工件承受着极强的、高频次的、反复交变应力的作用(冲击、摩擦、挤压和剪切等)，其质量的好坏，将直接影响到选矿厂正常的生产经营活动。为保证生产出高质量的、使用寿命长的轧臼壁，几年来，我厂科研人员进行了广泛的调研，反复的科技攻关及艰苦的生产试制等工作，并于2001年在我公司选矿厂标准圆锥破碎机装机进行工业性试验，

| Abstract: | By analysis to liner of cone crusher about its actual working circumstance, liner manufactured after reasonable material selection and control to effective technology has good inner quality and better resistance to impact with heavy load and high frequency, friction, extrusion and shear etc., and its lifespan exceeds like products. |
