水射流割缝喷嘴几何参数优化数值模拟研究

摘    要:应用SolidWorks软件建立水射流割缝喷嘴内部流场的三维模型,采用标准κ-ε湍流模型模拟喷嘴内部流场,并分析了喷嘴出口速度和动压,将模拟结果用于割缝喷嘴参数的优化。研究表明,对喷嘴性能影响最大的是收缩角和长径比,喷嘴出口处的水平流道对喷嘴性能也有重要影响。

Abstract:SolidWorks was applied to establish 3D model of inner flow field of the water jet slotting nozzle,and the standard k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the inner flow field of the nozzle.In addition,the velocity and dynamic pressure at the nozzle outlet was analyzed.The simulation results were applied to the optimization of structural parameters of the slotting nozzle.The study showed that the contraction angle and the aspect ratio had the greatest impact on the nozzle performance,and the horizontal flow channel at the nozzle outlet had importance impact on the nozzle performance also.
