| 摘 要： | 本文利用中国城市统计年鉴数据(1989-2002年)、第五次人口普查数据和66座城市抽样调查数据等,分析了资源型城市的增长、就业与贫困状况,发现资源型城市的确有更低的增长速度,更沉重的就业压力和严重的贫困问题。但是,不同的资源(枯竭)型城市之间,存在着非常显著的差别,没有充足的证据显示产生这些难题的原因是“资源枯竭”。就反贫困来说,促进有就业的经济增长是重要手段。

| Abstract: | Based on the annual statistic data of Chinese cities(1989-2002),the fifth census data and the spot check data from 66 cities, this paper analyzes the economic growth,employment and poverty in resources cities.The resources cities develop relatively slowly;confront problems such as employment and poverty.However,the difference between resources cities is clear.There are not enough proofs to show that these difficulties resulted from exhausted resources.The growth improvement with employment promotion is an important way to control poverty. |
