地质公园开发带动资源型城市转型途径初探——以本溪国家地质公园为例

辽宁本溪国家地质公园地质遗迹类型齐全、典型,自然风光优美,历史文化悠久,民族风情独特,基础建设扎实,区位条件优越。本文阐述了本溪国家地质公园的城市旅游资源网络体系建设,对资源整合程度作了定量评价,初步分析了地质公园建成带来的经济、社会、生态效益。对本溪市旅游业现存的管理机构、引资渠道、宣传力度、资源整合、人才培养及生态保护方面的问题提出了相应的发展措施,建议建立健全组织机构,分阶段制定多方引资规划,加大地学特色资源的宣传力度,建立旅游产业体系,引进并培养地质旅游专业人才,协调保护与开发策略。为我国资源型城市向旅游型城市的转型提出了理论和实践上的分析及尝试。

DISCUSSION ON APPROACHES OF RESOURCE-BASED CITIES TRANSFORMATION EXTEND FROM BENXI NATIONAL GEOPARK DEVELOPMENT

Benxi National Geopark,Liaoning is a perfect combination of complete and typical geoheritage,graceful natural landscapes,profound and unique historical culture and local customs and well infrastructure construction,and advantageous geographical position.In this paper,degree of resource conformity and construction,benefits on economic societal and ecological aspects,and existing problems in tourism development are analyzed.The article suggests setting up perfecting organization in tourism industry,making multi-party attracting capital plan by stages,enlarging the propaganda and stressing the superiority and characteristics of geoheritage tourism resources,establishing tourism industry system,introducing and cultivating professional talents of geologic tourism,and also,coordinating the protection and development strategies.It is a theoretical analysis and practice of city transformation from resource-based city to tourism city.
