| Abstract: | Mining right exchange is one of duties of market management of mining right.To realize assets management of resources,to sufficiently develop effect to optimize resources distribution of market and to promote sustainable development of mining economy,it is necessary to make a comparison of mining right exchange system of foreign countries,so as to improve the mining right of our country. |
