| 摘 要： | 针对永仁县耕地后备资源调查评价,指出了进行耕地后备资源调查评价的目的、意义;论述了耕地后备资源的类型、结构、数量、质量、分布及其有关的自然、经济、社会情况,以及基于RS、GIS技术进行耕地后备资源调查评价的过程和方法;总结了以往耕地后备资源开发、利用与保护的经验和存在的问题;提出了今后合理开发、利用、整治、保护耕地后备资源的建议和途径。

| Abstract: | The purpose and significance of the investigation and evaluation of cultured land reserve resources is indicated in this paper,and according to the investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources in Yongren county,that the type,structure,quantity!and distribution of cultivated land reserve resources and situation of nature,economy,society about this district,and the purpose and method used in investigation and evaluation based on RS and GIS technique is also described.In view of above research,the questions and experience in the developing,utilizing,protecting of cultivated land reserve resources before are summed.Furthermore the suggestions and way directed against them are put forward. |
