摘    要:为了保证拜什塔木铜矿软岩巷道支护的安全性。采用理论分析和现场测试的方法,开展巷道变形监测试验,分析软岩巷道变形破坏机理,提出了锚网支护方式,设计软岩巷道锚网支护参数,并通过数值模拟验证锚网支护的可行性。研究表明:软岩巷道顶板及两帮变形收敛大,具有显著的时空效应,且采动影响大,原支护方式不能满足巷道安全性的要求,锚杆和锚网设计参数分别为,锚杆直径为20 mm、长度为1 800 mm、间排距为800mm,锚网尺寸为2m×1m,直径为6mm,网孔尺寸为100mm×100mm。数值模拟验证了锚网支护可以满足软岩巷道安全性的要求,锚网支护有效地解决了软岩巷道变形大等问题,为类似矿山软岩巷道支护设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of soft rock roadway support in Baishitamu copper mine. Based on the theory analysis and field test, the roadway deformation monitoring test is carried out, the deformation and failure mechanism of the soft rock roadway is analyzed, and the bolt mesh support method is put forward. The parameters of bolt mesh support for soft rock roadway are designed, and the feasibility of bolt mesh support is verified by numerical simulation. The research shows that the deformation of the roof and the two sides of the soft rock roadway converges greatly, with significant spatial and temporal effects, and the influence of mining is great. The original support way can not meet the safety requirements of the roadway. The suspension parameters are applied to design the bolt parameters. The diameter of the anchor is 20mm, the length is 1800mm, the spacing is 800mm, the anchor net size is 2m * 1m, the diameter is 6mm, the mesh size is 100 mm * 100 mm. Numerical simulation verified the anchor net supporting can meet the requirements of security of soft rock tunnel excavation, the anchor net supporting effectively solves the problems such as large deformation of soft rock tunnel excavation, supporting design for similar mine soft rock tunnel excavation provides certain reference.
