摘    要:凭借无轨采掘设备在矿山开采中拥有的极大优势,现代化矿山生产中无轨开采技术得到了越来越多的应用。某铀矿井下生产采用液压凿岩台车、铲运机等配套无轨采掘设备,通过在上向水平分层充填法和房柱法中的成功应用,逐步摸索总结出适合铀矿山及类似矿床开采特点的无轨开采技术。实践表明,无轨开采技术具有机械化程度高、劳动生产率高、安全系数高、作业人员少、劳动强度低、生产成本低等优点。因此,无轨开采技术在铀矿山及类似矿床应用前景广阔。

Application of trackless mining technique in a uranium mine

Abstract:With the great advantage of trackless mining equipment in mining, trackless mining technology has been used more and more in the production of modern mine. A uranium mine used hydraulic drilling rig, scraper and other supporting trackless mining equipment in production. Through the successful application in the upward horizontal cut and fill stoping method and room and pillar method, the trackless mining technique for uranium mines and similar mining characteristics is gradually explored and summarized. Practice shows that trackless mining technique has advantages of high degree mechanization, high productivity, high safety coefficient, low operating personnel, low labor intensity, low production and low cost. Therefore, trackless mining technique has broad application prospect in uranium and other similar mines.
