Whittle在露天矿开采境界优化中的应用

摘    要:介绍Whittle软件的优化原理及操作流程,并结合某矿山具体情况,通过SURPAC软件创建了矿床地质块体模型,将基础参数赋值后的块体模型导入Whittle软件,利用Whittle所具有的批量境界快速生成、开采方案的快速排产规划及经济效益核算等工具进行不同开采境界方案下的经济效益综合对比,最终实现了矿山开采境界的动态优化。实践表明,基于Whittle软件的境界优化方法具有高效、快捷的优点,减少了矿山境界优化工作量,为露天矿山开采境界的高效优化提供了便捷的方法。

The application of whittle in open pit mining limit optimization

Abstract:The principle of optimality and operational process of Whittle software are introduced.With the help of the mining design software SURPAC,the geological model of a certain complex multi-metals mine was created and the boundary parameters was assigned.The model established in SURPAC was imported to Whittle.With the advantages of Whittle that contains creating series limits and making scheduled plan and economic effectiveness check computation,the mining sequence and limit was achieved.Practice indicated that the mining limit optimization method based on Whittle decreased the amount of work,which provided a convenient and fast method in mining limit optimization.
