高浓度分级尾砂充填料浆管输阻力影响因素研究与分析

摘    要:为了研究高浓度分级尾砂充填料浆管输沿程阻力,先测定分级尾砂的物理化学性质;通过工业管输试验,测出不同浓度、流量、灰砂比条件下的充填料浆的管输沿程阻力,以水平管和斜管的管输沿程阻力为例,分析了充填管道阻力与流量、浓度、灰砂比之间的变化规律;用多因素正交试验得出管输阻力影响因素间的主次关系,得出井下不同充填条件下的最优参数,试验方法及结果对矿山实际充填生产具有较好的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study the resistance of high concentration graded tailings filling slurry in pipeline transportation, the physicochemical properties of graded tailings were measured firstly. The resistance of filling slurry in pipeline transportation under different concentration, flow rate and Ash-sand ratio was measured through industrial pipeline transportation test. Taking the resistance of horizontal and inclined pipelines as an example, the resistance of filling pipeline was analyzed. The main and secondary relationships among factors affecting pipeline transportation resistance were obtained by multi-factor orthogonal test, and the optimum parameters under different filling conditions were also obtained. The test method and results provide a good guiding significance for actual filling production in mines.
