我国矿山环境治理与环保投资战略探析

随着生态文明的兴起,矿山企业对环境的保护与治理越加重视。故在分析国内矿山企业环境工作与环保投资状况的基础上,探讨环保发展战略,针对不同规模矿山企业的环境治理与环保投资战略进行归类分析。结果表明:矿山企业决策者应深入了解掌握企业绿色生产经营状况,不断探索合理的环保投资标准,在此基础上实施企业环保投资战略;对于中小型矿山企业,要拓宽治理和投资面,完善治理和投资体系,充分发挥政策法规的优势;对于大型矿山企业,要重视技术与工艺的革新,树立可持续发展的思想,可将投入产出的方法应用于决策层制定环保投资战略。展望未来,制度创新和技术创新对于企业环保投资战略的实施尤为关键。

Analysis of mine environmental governance and environmental protection investment strategy in China

With the rise of the ecological civilization, the mining industry has taken a serious interest in environmental protection and governance. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the environmental work and investment status of domestic mining enterprises, this paper discusses the development strategy of environmental protection, and classifies and analyzes the environmental management and investment strategy of mining enterprises of different sizes. The results show that the decision makers of mining enterprises should have an in-depth understanding of enterprises'' green production and operation status, keep exploring reasonable environmental protection investment standards, and implement enterprise environmental protection investment strategy on this basis. For small and medium-sized mining enterprises, it is necessary to expand the management and investment, improve the management and investment system, and give full play to the advantages of policies and regulations. For large mining enterprises, the innovation of technology and technology should be paid attention to, and the idea of sustainable development should be established. Looking forward to the future, system innovation and technology innovation are especially key to the implementation of enterprise environmental protection investment strategy.
