焦炉集气管压力智能控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对集气管压力控制系统是一个多变量、多扰动、强耦合复杂非线性系统,没有精确的数学模型.采用模糊控制算法和模糊解耦规则相结合的方式控制集气管压力,通过建立机前吸力监督级控制,对整体系统进行协调.实践应用表明,该智能控制系统保证了压力系统调节的协调性、稳定性和快速性,提高了对工况变动和干扰的适应性.

Abstract:The pressure control system of the gas manifold was a multi variation,multi disturbed and high coupling complicated non linear system.There was no accurate mathematical model yet.The gas manifold pressure was controlled with combination of a fuzzy control cal- culation method and the fuzzy decoupling rules.With a suction supervise control at the front of the blower,a coordination would be made for the whole system.The practical application showed that the intelligent control system could ensure the coordina...
