煤矿防治水安全保障体系的创建与应用

针对矿井水害防治工作日趋严峻的形势，高庄煤业有限公司在矿井防治水制度与技术创新的基础上，深化矿井水害事故控制的各环节研究，以矿井防治水信息系统、井上下水文动态监测体系和水害报警系统等为基础平台，集成矿井水害的预警、监测、隔离、报警、水害避灾逃生及水灾应急救援等功能，构建了一个科学、有效的煤矿防治水安全保障体系。应用结果表明，该保障体系有效预防了煤矿水害事故，提升了矿井水害防治能力，保障了煤矿安全生产。

Establishment and Application of Safety Protection System for Mine Water Prevention and Control

According to the mine water disaster prevention and control getting more serious,based on the mine water prevention and control system and the technology innovation of Gaozhuang Coal Mining Company Ltd.,a deep study was conducted on each link of the mine water disaster control.Taking on the mine water prevention and control information system,mine surface and underground hydrological dynamic monitoring and measuring system and mine water disaster alarm system as the basic platform,a scientific and effective safety protection system of the mine water prevention and control was established integrated with the mine water disaster early warning,monitoring and measuring,isolation,alarm,water disaster refuge and water disaster emergent rescue functions.The application results showed that the protection system could effectively prevent the mine water disaster,upgrade the mine water disaster prevention and control capacity and ensure the mine safety production.
