| 摘 要： | 针对中小岩巷断面掘进错车困难的现状,设计并制造了ZZ2-8/100型钻装机,该机将凿岩台车和耙岩机在机械结构和液压系统上有机结合在一起,成为中小岩巷断面的快速掘进设备。它包含了耙装部、钻机部、电控系统和液压系统等11个组成部分的设计,采用挖掘式装载方式,液压系统预留了破碎锤管路并设计了放卡钎和自动退杆装置。试验表明该机能够在最小8 m2的岩巷断面内作业,输送能力大于100 m3/h。
