千鹅冲钼矿选矿及伴生元素综合回收试验研究

摘    要:本文对千鹅冲钼矿进行了选矿试验研究:粗选段采用混合浮选,一次粗选三次精选二次扫选得到钼铜硫混合粗精矿;粗精矿再磨后,一次粗选七次精选三次扫选抑铜硫浮钼,得到钼精矿;钼精尾采用一次粗选四次精选二次扫选抑硫浮铜,得到铜精矿;铜尾矿采用一次粗选一次精选三次扫选,得到硫精矿;粗选段尾矿经两次磁选得到铁精矿。各产品指标合格,重现性好。

The beneficiation test research on molybdenum ore and comprehensive recovery of associated elements of Qianechong molybdenum ore

Abstract:This paper did experiment on the molybdenum of Qianechong about beneficiation: Using mixed flotation on the roughing flotation, once roughing flotation ,three times concentration flotation and two times scavenging flotation to get the molybdenum, copper and sulfur mixed crude concentrate; After the closed-circuit test on the rough concentrate,once roughing flotation,seven times concentration flotation and three times scavenging flotation to get the molybdenum concentrate ;once roughing flotation ,four times concentration flotation and two times scavenging flotation to get the copper concentrate from tailings of molybdenum concentration flotation;once roughing flotation ,once concentration flotation and three times scavenging flotation to get the pyrite concentrate from copper mine tailings;Obtaining the iron ore concentrate from the roughing tailings by means of two times magnetic separations .All products are qualified,there is a goog reproducibility.
