| 摘 要： | 针对生产现场锌回收率低的问题,进行了相关试验研究,试验确定通过扫选添加硫酸铜、延长硫酸铜搅拌时间和改变硫酸铜添加顺序,能够有效提高锌品位和回收率,与设计药剂制度相比(搅拌时间由设计的2.5 min变为10min),锌品位提高2.87%,锌回收率提高1.84%。

| Abstract: | ThisSpaperSaimSatStheSproblemSofSlowSrecoverySofSzincSinSproductionSfieldand increasing zine recovery, the tests were conducted,It is effective to incease zine recovery and zine grade through adding cupric sulfate at scavenging procedure, extending conditioning time of cupric sulfate and changing cupric sulfate added order. The result shows that the zine grade increases 2.87% and zine recovery increases 1.84 % compare with the design pharmacy system of conditioning time changing from 2.5 min to 10 min. |
