摘    要:利用偏光显微镜、MLA(Mineral Liberation Analyser)系统、能谱仪等对云南某低品位混合型磷块岩进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的矿物组成、结构构造、基本参数及主要矿物的特征。矿样中主要脉石矿物为石英、玉髓,其次为白云石,根据下游目前用矿要求,单独脱除某一种脉石矿物难以满足。矿样中硅酸盐矿物含量相比也较多,建议先脱泥,后进行浮选。矿样的主要构造类型为条带(条纹)状和块状,胶磷矿主要结构为团块状、粒状、凝胶状,粒状结构胶磷矿磨矿易产生连生体。矿样中胶磷矿和脉石矿物的嵌布粒度均较细,当磨矿细度达到-75μm占91.55%时,胶磷矿的单体解离度为84.98%,连生体中胶磷矿主要和硅质矿物连生,从连生类型看,硅质矿物、白云石主要呈皮壳状包裹胶磷矿,其次呈胶磷矿包裹体形式存在,故较难通过磨矿的方法使其解离,仅有少量胶磷矿和主要脉石矿物呈毗连镶嵌,可通过磨矿的方式使其解离。因此通过继续加大磨矿细度使胶磷矿和脉石矿物解离的能力有限,要想获得好的选矿指标,建议只能适当增大磨矿细度。

Abstract:Using polarizing microscope,MLA system, energy spectrometer and other equipment to carry out systematic process mineralogical study of a low grade mixed phosphorus block rock in yunnan, find out the ore mineral composition, structure, basic parameters and characteristics of main minerals. Main gangue minerals in the ore for quartz and chalcedony, followed by dolomite, according to the present ore use requirements, it is difficult to separate a certain gangue mineral. The content of silicate minerals in ore are compared, first proposed after desliming and flotation. The main structure types of ore strips (streaks) and massive, the main structure of collophane as lump, granular, gelatinous, granular structure of phosphate rock grinding is easy to produce coenobium. collophane and gangue minerals in the ore particle size distribution were quite fine, when the grinding fineness of -0.075mm accounted for 91.55%, 84.98% for the monomer dissociation degree of collophane, Coenobium in collophane and mainly siliceous mineral intergrowth, from intergrowth type, siliceous mineral dolomite is mainly crustified wrapped in cellophane, secondly is collophane inclusions, it is difficult to make it through the method of grinding the dissociation, only a small amount of collophane and the main gangue mineral is adjacent to the mosaic by grinding the way the ore dissociation. From the coenobium dissemination relation that the increase of grinding fineness to collophane and gangue mineral dissociation is limited, in order to obtain good dressing indexes, appropriate grinding fineness can be increased.
