某高砷难选锌铟矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:某难选高砷锌铟矿含铟260 g/t、锌1.55%、砷1.15%,铟的存在形式多样、矿物嵌布粒度细微导致该矿铟回收率低、精矿含砷偏高。在矿石性质基础之上采用全硫混合浮选—混合精矿再磨分离的工艺回收原矿中的铟与锌。通过闭路试验获得了锌品位53.09%、铟品位7 112 g/t的锌铟精矿,锌和铟和回收率分别为90.80%与73.91%。精矿中砷含量降低至0.53%,选别指标较好。

Study on Mineral Processing of a High Arsenic Indium Zinc ore

Abstract:A complex refractory indium zinc ore containing In 260 g/t, Zn 1.55%, As1.15 %, indium forms, subtle mineral disseminated extent led to the mine low indium recovery and concentrate containing high arsenic. Based on the characteristics of the ore, the flowsheet of total sulfur mixed floating - mix separation process recycling secondary magntic undressed ore of indium and zinc was adopted to separate the indium and other gangue. A concentrate containing 7112 g/t indium and 1.55% zinc obtained from closed circuit test and recovery rate of zinc and indium were 90.80% and 73.91% respectively. Arsenic content in the concentrate decreased to 0.53%. The selective separation of zinc, indium and arsenic has been achieved successfully.
