摘    要:对某铜铅混合精矿进行了浮选分离实验研究。采用硫酸作调整剂,环保药剂ZJ201作铅的抑制剂,不仅将铜铅混合精矿进行了有效的分离回收,而且避免了重铬酸盐等传统有毒抑制剂的使用。将该药剂应用于工业生产,获得了铜品位为27.74%,铅含量为3.48%,铜回收率为93.33%的铜精矿和铅品位为67.11%,铜含量为0.23%,铅回收率为99.41%的铅精矿,试验指标良好,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The flotation separation of a copper-lead bulk concentrate was studied.By using sulfuric acid as regulator and ZJ201as lead depressant,not only the copper-lead bulk concentrate can be effectively separated and recovered,but also the use of traditional toxic depressants such as dichromate can be avoided.The reagent was applied to industrial production,and the copper concentrate with copper grade of 27.74%,lead content of 3.48%and copper recovery of 93.33%and the lead concentrate with lead grade of 67.11%,copper content of 0.23%and lead recovery of 99.41%were obtained.The test index was good and the economic benefit was remarkable.
