铁闪锌矿无捕收剂浮选研究

摘    要:考察了铁闪锌矿的自诱导和硫诱导无捕收剂浮选行为,结果表明,铁闪锌矿在弱酸性矿浆中可以实现自诱导浮选,通过药剂调控矿浆电位,得出了不同pH条件下,回收率-矿浆电位关系和浮选电位上下限-pH关系。通过矿物表面提取,探讨了铁闪锌矿表面氧化的机理,中性硫可能是主要疏水体。在中性和弱碱性条件下,铁闪锌矿具有硫诱导无捕收剂浮选。

STUDY OF THE MARMATITE COLLECTORLESS FLOTATION

Abstract:The collectorless flotation behavior of marmatite was investigated in this paper. It has been shown that marmatitie exhibited good self-induced floatability at pH<4.7.With the variation of pH, the upper or lower limit of marmatite flotation is different. The potential -pH ranger for marmatite flotation was determined. Reaction mechanism of the surface oxidation for marmatite was studied by extraction of neutral sulphur from mineral surfaces. The marmatite has sulphur-induced flotability at neutral and weakly alkaline pulp. The elemental sulphur was identified to be primary hydrophobic entity on marmatite.
