河南某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:河南某铜铅锌多金属矿属于典型的易选难分离矿石,次生硫化铜和结合氧化铜含量占总铜76.71%,且闪锌矿与黄铜矿间形成极难解离的固溶体结构,欲得合格铜精矿难以实现。经过原则流程对比选择后,确定采用铅锌混合浮选—混选尾矿选锌的流程,可产出铅锌混合精矿、锌精矿两种合格产品。实验室小型闭路试验取得了较好的选矿技术指标,铅锌精矿含铅27.08%,铅回收率80.03%,含锌23.17%,锌回收率56.99%;锌精矿含锌40.13%,锌回收率36.67%。

Study on Flotation Test For Copper-lead-zinc Polymetallic Sulfide Ore of Henan

Abstract:The Copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore of Henan belongs to the typical easy to concentrate but difficult to separate ore, qualified copper concentrate is difficult to obtain for this reason:secondary copper sulfide and combined copper oxide account for 50% of the total copper.and the structure of solid solution between sphalerite and chalcopyrite is extremely difficult to dissociate.The acceptable products and good technical index of small scale tests was obtained by adopting the Lead-zinc bulk flotation,tailings choose zinc process.lead-zinc concentrate with Pb grade of 27.08% and recovery of 80.03%,Zn grade of 23.17% and recovery of 56.99%;zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 40.13% and recovery of 36.67%.
