模糊数学法在某地下铝土矿采矿方法选择中的应用

摘    要:地下铝土矿山在开采过程中,面临最大的问题是矿石回采损失率高、贫化率大,这造成了国家资源的严重浪费。为选取最优开采方法,以某缓倾斜薄层铝土矿为例,结合地下开采特点,采用模糊数学方法建立了最优化决策模型,得出了各个指标的权重,并对3种采矿方法进行综合评价,确定最优的方案为液压支护采矿方法,最终通过工业试验验证,得到了较好的成果,同时也为其他矿山选择合适的采矿方法提供了参考。

Abstract:In the mining process of underground bauxite mine,the biggest problem is the high loss rate and dilution rate of ore mining,which causes serious waste of national resources.To select the optimal mining method,taking a gently inclined thin layer bauxite mine as an example,combined with the characteristics of underground mining,this paper establishes the optimal decision making model by using the fuzzy mathematics method,obtains the weight of each index,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the three mining methods,and determines that the optimal scheme is the hydraulic support mining method,which is finally verified by the industrial test,and obtains good results.At the same time,it is also selected for other mines The appropriate mining method provides a reference.
