摘    要:以PP无纺布为基材,以丙烯酸(AA)为单体.采用辐射接枝聚合方法制备PP-g-AA共聚物.考察温度、反应时间、单体用量、阻聚剂、交联剂对接枝率的影响.结果表明,通过预辐射固相接枝聚合方法可将丙烯酸单体接枝在PP无纺布上,辐射剂量增大可提高接枝率.反应时间对接枝率的影响在低、高温阶段有所不同.最佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃.反应时间3h,单体浓度30%,阻聚剂0.8g,交联剂用量为5mL.

Abstract:The preparation process of PP-g-AA copolymer is invetstigated by means of radiation grafting copolymerization, and the effects of temperature,reaction time,monomer concentration,polymerization inhibitor and cross-linking agent on grafting rate are determined.The results show that the grafting rate is increased with the increase of the radiation dosage, while the effect of reaction time on the degree of grafting is different in low and high temperature ranges.The optimal condition is: reaction temperature 65℃,reaction time 3h, monomer dosage 305,polymerization inhibitot dosage 0.8g DVB dosage 5mL.
