| Abstract: | Under the situation of more attentions on the talents,more and more problems occur in the coal enterprises during the training of university graduates.Combined with the construction and development of Shandong Xinjulong Energy Limited Liability Company,the problems of talent training were discussed,with an objective of finding a way for coal enterprises to attract,train,keep and rationally use talents. |
