摘    要:以硫铁矿尾矿为基体,高钛渣为钛源,采用酸浸水解及一步煅烧法制备出具有光催化性能的水泥基掺和料,采用正交试验法研究了酸渣质量比、酸浸温度、酸浸时间、液矿质量比、负载温度、负载时间对掺和料前驱体钛含量的影响,并进一步研究了煅烧温度及保温时间对掺和料制备的影响。得出最佳制备制度为:酸渣质量比8∶1,酸浸温度85℃,酸浸时间250 min,液矿质量比8∶1,负载温度105℃,负载时间3.5 h,煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为2 h。所制备的掺和料锐钛矿结晶好,以15%质量比例掺入水泥净浆中其3 d、7 d、28 d强度较未添加掺和料的水泥净浆分别提高10.37%、13.82%、12.56%。该掺和料以0.5%加入30 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液中,高压汞灯光照5 h降解率达95.28%,按15%质量比例加入白水泥中可使该白水泥具有较好的光催化性能。

Preparation of Cementitious Admixture with Photocatalytic Activity
Abstract:The cementitious admixture with photocatalytic activity were prepared by acid leaching-hydrolyzation and single calcination method, using pyrite tailings and high titanium slag as raw materials. The preparation method of admixture were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the mass ratio of acid and slag is 8∶1, the temperature of acid leaching is 85℃, the time of acid leaching is 250 min, the mass ratio of ifltrate and pyrite tailings is 8∶1, the loading temperature is 105℃, the loading time is 3.5 h, and the calcination regime is 800℃ for 2 h. The crystal form of the admixture was anatase with good crystallinity. The 3 d, 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of cement paste have been raised 10.37%, 13.82% and 12.56% after 15% of the admixture mixing, respectively. The photocatalytic degradation efifciency on the MB of the admixture reached 95.28% after high pressure mercury lamp lighted 5 h with the initial concentration of the MB was 30 mg/L and the ratio of admixture and MB was 0.5%. The white cement had a good photocatalytic performance when mixed 15% of the admixture.
