梅山硫精矿工艺矿物学及降镁工艺研究

摘    要:为提高梅山硫精矿品位并将其中的MgO降到0.3%以下,以满足用硫精矿烧渣制取高纯氧化铁红的需要,对梅山硫精矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,查明了MgO的赋存状态和各杂质元索在各矿物中的分布情况。在此基础上,设计了产出2种硫精矿产品的技术路线,埘原硫精矿采用简单易行的一粗一精无尾矿浮选流程和含镁矿物的有效抑制剂WHL—Y1,获得的高硫精矿产品含硫48.06%、含MgO 0.18%,达到了试验目标,而低硫精矿产品含硫25.20%,仍符合制酸要求。

Abstract:in order to decrease the MgO content in Meishan sulfur concentrate to below 0.3% so as to meet the requirement of making highly pure oxidized iron red from the pyrite cinder, technological mineralogy study was made on Meishan sulfur concentrate, identifying the MgO occurrence state and the distribution of various impurities in minerals. On this basis, a technical route of producing two kinds of sulfur concentrates was designed. A simple one roughing-one cleaning tailingless flotation flowsheet and effective WHL-Y1 depressor for magnesium mineral were used for the original sulfur concentrate. The test obtained a high sulfur concentrate containing 48.06% sulfur and 0. 18% MgO which achieved the test objective, and a low sulfur concentrate grading 25.20% which still met the requirements for acid making.
