硅质材料细度对低硅铜尾矿加气混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:研究了寿王坟低硅铜尾矿和高硅硅砂细度对加气混凝土料浆的流动性和稳定性、绝干强度与绝干比强度等性能的影响,得出该低硅铜尾矿和硅砂作为加气混凝土硅质材料的最佳级配细度为铜尾矿粉磨20 min(+0.074 mm占1.1%)、硅砂粉磨30 min(+0.074 mm占5.2%)。

Abstract:The influences of the Shouwang Fen low-silicon copper tailings and the fineness of high-silicon silica sand to the properties of the mobility,stability,bone-dry strength and bone-dry ratio strength of the aerated concrete slurry are tested in the experiments.It is obtained that the optimum grading fineness of the aerated concrete with the low silicon copper mine tailings and silica sand as silicon materials are copper tailings grinding for 20 min(+0.074 mm 1.1%),silica sand grinding for 30 min(+0.074 mm 5.2%).
