| 摘 要： | 矿产资源评价的过程就是信息的搜集、整理、处理，成矿信息的提取、综合分析，成矿区带的确定以及成果表示的过程，GIS以其强大的空间分析功能成功应用于矿产资源评价的整个过程，因而在矿产资源评价中，GIS受到国内外学者的广泛关注。首先介绍目前GIS在国内外矿产资源勘查评价的应用现状，其次分析了GIS成功应用于矿产资源勘查评价中的优越性，最后论述了目前GIS应用于矿产资源评价中所存在的问题与发展趋势。
