摘    要:为降低大冶铁矿铜精矿的滤饼水分,进行了表面活性剂的助滤试验。试验研究了表面活性剂种类和用量、矿浆pH值、过滤压差及药剂添加方式等条件对铜精矿过滤过程的影响,结果表明,当矿浆pH=10,用量为125和140g/t时,助滤剂TS-2和TS-1既能提高过滤速度,又能降低滤饼水分约3个百分点。若采用分段—喷洒加药方法,效果更佳。

Abstract:To reduce the filter cake moisture of Dyae iron mine's copper concentrate, tests were made on using surfactant to aid the filtration. The effect of surfactant types, dosage, pulp pH, filtration differential pressure and agent addition mode on the filtration process of copper concentrate were studied. The results showed that at a pulp pH value of 10 and agent dosages of 125 g/t and 140 g/t,the use of filtration aids TS 2 and TS 1 could not only raise the filtration speed but reduce the filter cake moisture by ca.3 percentage points. The effect would be better if staged spraying addition of the agent was adopted.
