深井防灭火注浆系统技术改造研究

摘    要:星村煤矿西风井井筒原有一路管路因年久失修在井筒内断裂漏浆报废,传统设计为西风井井筒内重新敷设一路Φ159 mm管路,但存在西风井广场安设提升设施难度大、成本高、耗时久,西风井井筒有淋水易造成新管路腐蚀寿命短等难题,通过在西风井工业广场施工地面注浆孔,施工井下巷道与注浆孔贯通连接的方案对注浆系统进行改造,保证了矿井防灭火系统主备两路注浆管路的正常使用,确保矿井注浆系统可靠及防灭火安全。

Abstract:The original pipeline of Xifeng shaft in Xingcun Coal Mine was scrapped due to disrepair,the traditional design is to re-lay a Φ 159 mm pipeline in the shaft of the west wind shaft,but there are some problems,such as difficulty,high cost and long time to install lifting facilities in the square of the west wind shaft,and the water in the wellbore of the west wind shaft is easy to cause short corrosion life of the new pipeline.Through the construction of the surface grouting hole in the Xifeng shaft industrial square and the construction of the connection between the underground roadway and the grouting hole,the grouting system is reformed,which ensures the normal use of the main and standby grouting pipelines of the mine fire prevention and extinguishing system,and ensures the reliability of the mine grouting system and the safety of fire prevention and extinguishing.
