王庄煤矿综采工作面粉尘综合治理技术实践

为了有效降低综采工作面粉尘浓度,改善工作面作业人员工作环境,王庄煤矿通过采取煤层注水、采煤机负压二次降尘、架间挡尘装置、红外线传感技术自动控制综放面喷雾装置、转载运输系统自动喷雾降尘、风流净水喷雾降尘及全程粉尘监测等粉尘综合治理技术,对易产生粉尘的作业过程进行有针对性防范治理,工作面降尘取得明显效果。

Practice of Comprehensive Dust Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine

In order to effectively reduce the dust concentration in fully mechanized working face and improve the working environment of workers in the working face,Wang Zhuang Coal Mine adopted comprehensive dust control technology,namely coal seam water injection,shearer negative pressure secondary dust reduction,inter-rack dust blocking device,automatic spray device by infrared sensing technology,transport system with automatic spray,spray dust suppression by airflow and dust monitoring whole process and so on,to carry out targeted prevention and control for the operation process prone to dust.The practice shows that the effect of dust reduction in the working face is remarkable.
